A. 7 days prior to arrival for one room. 14 days on cabin and more than one room booked.
Q. How far is the Bed & Breakfast from the State Park?
A. We are one mile from the North entrance of the State Park.
Q. Where can we eat our other meals?
A. Please refer to dining options information.
Q. What about alcohol?
A. We do not serve alcohol. Drinking is not allowed in the public area. In room only.
Q. What about pets?
A. Our local health Department does not allow pets in the house.
Q. Bathroom set-up?
A. All rooms have in room private baths with tub/shower combination. Two have large heart whirlpools additionally. Cabin had Hot Tub in addition to full bath.

Q. How far is Bed & Breakfast from Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga?
A. We are 2 1/4 hours S/E of Nashville, 1 1/2 hours N/W of Chattanooga and 2 hours S/W of Knoxville.
Q. What are your rates?
A. All rates are posted on website under guest accommodations.
Room rate includes tax and breakfast.
Cabin rates automatically include tax and complimentary picnic basket breakfast.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. We must have a valid credit card to guarantee the room.
Credit card holds room. One night deposit charged at time of reservation.
Q. What about Vegetarians, Vegans or a health related restricted diet?
A. Since our breakfast selections are planned by chef Doug, we must know prior to your arrival if and what your breakfast needs are.
Q. What time is breakfast served?
A. When you check in you are asked to pick a breakfast time of 8 AM or 9 AM, which is the latest we serve.
